Scott Lapham Projects

We know that balloons pop but we have never seen it with our own eyes. With fast shutter speeds the camera can capture phenomena that the human eye cannot. To do this students must work collaboratively in teams coordinating photographer, flash operator and balloon popper all within fractions of a second. For each successful photograph there are many hilarious failures. This makes the success all the more exciting.
